The Rosemont Inn Reservations
Reservations are best made by phone
We also accept emails with your name, number and arrival date, in which we will call you to complete the reservation, firstname.lastname@example.org
If you call and we are not available to answer your call immediately, we will return it as soon as humanly possible. Please leave a message stating the dates you are seeking to stay and if you aren’t EST please tell us the time difference so we don’t call you at six in the morning by mistake!
Without requested cancellation notification, your credit card will be charged for your stay unless you call to cancel your visit.
Mid week Reservations
- 3 day notice year round (Monday – Thursday)
- 2 week notice (May 1 – October 31, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- 1 week notice (November 1 – April 30)
Holidays (year round)
- 2 week notice
Reservations made in advance of three months of your stay require a $100 or 50% non refundable deposit. In case of cancellation, the balance will be charged unless we are able to re-book the room. However, we do like to work with our guests and can also take your deposit and set aside for another possible weekend within the year depending on cancellation time and reasons.
When you make a reservation we require:
- Credit Card (V,MC,D) with expiration date and security code
- Your cell phone and/or home phone number
- Time of arrival (2:00 to 8:00 p.m. requested, exceptions can be discussed)
- Any dietary restrictions
- Any special requests you might have, we will gladly try to accommodate
Check-in time 2:00-8:00 p.m. (Other times may be requested at time of booking.) There will be NO check-ins after 10 p.m. unless agreed upon by the innkeeper.
Check-out time 11:00 a.m.

From May 1 – October 31 there is a two night weekend minimum stay (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). One night stays can be accommodated for an additional $30 fee.
A reservation made in advance of three months requires a $100 or 50% non refundable security deposit, which will be applied to your total bill. If you cancel your Reservation, this deposit will not be returned. Again, we do like to work with our guests and the deposit may be used toward another reservation within the same year depending on cancellation timing and reasoning.
Special Event Reservations
Special Event Reservations require a security deposit. This deposit is non-refundable, if the event is cancelled or changed to another date without two weeks notice.
Special Event Reservations made in advance of six months or over Holidays require a $500 courtesy payment in addition to whatever arrangements are made between The Rosemont Inn and the Customer.
